Hotel De Spiegel, Sint-Niklaas

I had a good stay at Hotel De Spiegel, especially enjoying the room features. The room I stayed in had a fridge which was quite handy for my snacks and drinks. I also appreciated the giant windows that opened all the way, allowing fresh air to fill the room. It was refreshing to wake up with natural light flooding in. The overall room size was good and included a double bed that provided a comfortable surface despite being slightly firmer than I'm used to. Overall, it met my needs perfectly.

I genuinely had one of the best nights of sleep during my stay. The bedroom had a fantastic setup, with a snug bed that was pretty comfortable. I'm someone who usually prefers a harder mattress, and thankfully, this one wasn't too bad. It allowed me to rest well after a long day of exploring. The beauty of the room made it feel homely, despite dated decor. I felt relaxed and at peace during my time there.

The breakfast buffet at Hotel De Spiegel was a pleasant surprise! It was basic yet tasty, which set a great tone for my day. I found exactly what I needed to feel energized for the activities ahead. The atmosphere in the dining area added to my overall experience of comfort at the hotel.

The bathroom in my room was clean and had a nice tub, which was great for relaxing in after a long day. Although it was a bit cramped, it functioned well for the basics. Having a good shower and a bath was a pleasant feature I appreciated. Additionally, there was enough hot water, which is often a plus in budget accommodations.
